Rialto (M&E) Commercial Services Ltd was established by Billy Seccombe to provide commercial support for clients in the construction industry, Rialto (M&E) Commercial Services specialise in the Mechanical & Electrical sector.
Billy Seccombe has over 30 years’ experience working within the Construction Industry, the majority of which has been with specialist Mechanical and Electrical Contractors, Billy’s experience ranges from Quantity Surveying, Estimating and Project Management.
Our purpose is to provide cost effective commercial support to our clients. Our function is to enable our clients to obtain their entitlement under the contract in terms of time money and quality, we also aim to advise our clients on monitoring the performance of their projects, managing cost control and best practice commercial processes.
